Mark co-founded All Star Basketball Academy with former Duke University and Dallas Mavericks player Phil Henderson; Duke assistant coach Craig Madzinski, who is also a first cousin of Duke’s Coach K; and Dick DeVenzio, former Duke All-American guard and subsequent founder of Point Guard College. A long time coach in several sports and an Illinois Defender coach since its inception. His daughters also played on the first Defenders team. Currently owner of the largest organization providing sports instruction camps throughout Illinois and NW Indiana.
